About This Opportunity

The Bradley & Bray Lawyers Study Support Bursary supports continuing full-time Law and Criminology and Justice students enrolled at UniSC Sunshine Coast campus. The successful recipient receives the bursary funds as a lump sum payment of A$2,500 approximately three weeks after Census Date, once Study Period 1 enrolment has been confirmed. This bursary is offered on a yearly basis through funds provided by an external donor. If funding is not available in any given year, the bursary will not be awarded. Eligibility requires students to be enrolled at UniSC Sunshine Coast campus in a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Criminology & Justice, or combined degree including either one of these programs. Applicants must be full-time continuing undergraduate students having successfully completed a minimum of 48 units (4 courses) with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 5.0. Students must be Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens, Permanent Humanitarian Visa holders or permanent residents of Australia. Selection is based on financial need, hours worked in paid employment or commitment to activities that impact on the time available for the student to study (e.g. compulsory fieldwork placement, significant carer responsibilities), and academic merit. One bursary is available annually.
