Braemar College Sheila McDonald Award for Excellence

One scholarship valued at $5,000 or two scholarships valued at $2,500 each, will be awarded annually to outstanding international undergraduate students entering first year of any program at the University of Waterloo who are graduates of Braemar College in Toronto, Ontario. Selection is based on academic excellence. This scholarship honours Braemar's founder, Sheila McDonald, who instilled a love of learning in students and inspired teachers. The award is an entrance scholarship available to international students from a specific high school, requiring no separate application beyond admission to the university.
