About This Opportunity

The Bransford Trust is an independent grant making charity established in 2004 by the Kinnear family to support the advancement of education, the arts, culture and heritage in the Worcester area. The Trust operates two grant schemes: a Main Grant scheme for applications of all amounts (reviewed twice yearly at fixed deadlines) and a Fast Track scheme for awards up to £1000 (with up to twenty awards made per year). Applications must be made by organizations for initiatives taking place in the Worcester area that deliver benefit within one of five qualifying categories. The Trust bases funding decisions on its grant making criteria, current circumstances, application profile, and the clarity and quality of supporting information provided. All grants are awarded entirely at the discretion of the Trustees whose decision is final. Recipients of funding are required to provide a brief report within six months of their grant award demonstrating how the funds were used for the purposes set out in the application. Note: The Trust is currently unable to accept new applications.
