Bærekraftig omstilling i Rogaland (BOR)

The Sustainable Transformation in Rogaland (BOR) grant program supports projects that contribute to Rogaland playing a central role in sustainable business development in both private and public sectors. The program focuses on two priority themes: transformation for green value creation and ensuring the right competence and sufficient workforce. Projects must be anchored in the Regional Plan for Competence in Rogaland or aligned with one or more of the three focus areas in the Regional Business and Innovation Strategy: clean energy and maritime future, food, and tourism and experiences. The program currently is under revision with no new calls expected before fall 2026. Previously, grants ranged from 100,000 to 1,000,000 NOK with a maximum support rate of 50% of total project budget.
