Brian and Trina Myerscough- Chad Pfeffinger Outstanding Sigma Pi Service Award

This scholarship award supports junior and senior students who are active members of the Sigma Pi fraternity at Eastern Illinois University and are majoring in education or the sciences. The recipient must maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA and demonstrate persistent participation in civic activities, with a preference for those who are community service-oriented. The selection committee requires an essay from applicants, giving special consideration to service and professional involvement, academic achievement, scholarship, and leadership. Financial need is also a consideration in the selection process. The award is announced in the Spring and paid in the Fall semester.
