About this opportunity
The Brimbank City Council Scholarship is designed to support Urban Planning students who reside in the City of Brimbank and can demonstrate circumstances which impact their study. This scholarship provides financial assistance to students enrolling in urban planning programs at RMIT University. The scholarship specifically targets students facing various challenges including financial hardship, disability, family difficulties, or those from under-represented backgrounds. Eligible students must be Australian citizens or permanent residents currently residing in the City of Brimbank and enrolling full-time in the Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) or Master of Urban Planning and Environment programs. Applicants must demonstrate circumstances such as receiving government low-income benefits, living with a disability, experiencing personal difficulties, relocating from rural/regional areas, or being from under-represented backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, migrants from non-English backgrounds, refugees, or those from disadvantaged educational backgrounds.
