About this opportunity
The Bruce and Lorraine Cumming Memorial Bursary in Animal Health Technology honors W. Bruce Cumming and Lorraine Hargreaves Cumming, who exemplified compassion, generosity, and community service throughout their lives. This endowed award was established by their daughter, Carla Cumming Sojonky, and the late Frank Sojonky to perpetuate their legacy of frugality, honesty, hard work, and generosity.
The bursary is available to second-year students enrolled in the Animal Health Technology program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). Recipients are selected based on demonstrated financial need and satisfactory academic achievement. Students must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents, with preference given to Alberta residents.
