About This Opportunity

The Bruce Henderson Architects Scholarship provides financial support to students enrolled in architecture programs at RMIT University who can demonstrate circumstances which impact their ability to study. The scholarship aims to assist students facing various challenges including financial hardship, disability, personal difficulties, or those from under-represented backgrounds. The award provides up to $10,000 per annum for the standard duration of the program, with a maximum total value of up to $30,000. Eligible students must be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or permanent humanitarian visa holders enrolling full-time in either the Bachelor of Architectural Design or Master of Architecture programs. Recipients must have at least one year of full-time study remaining in their program and be able to demonstrate circumstances such as receiving government low-income benefits, living with a disability, experiencing personal or family difficulties, relocating from rural or interstate areas, or being from under-represented backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, refugees, or students from non-English speaking backgrounds.
