Brunel University of London and the China Scholarship Council PhD Scholarship

This scholarship program offers academically outstanding Chinese students the opportunity to pursue a PhD at Brunel University of London. The scholarships are jointly supported by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and Brunel University of London. Twenty (20) full scholarships are available for PhD studies at Brunel University of London, commencing in October 2026 or January 2027. Scholarships are available in all disciplines across the university. Brunel University of London provides full tuition fees for up to 48 months for each successful candidate. The China Scholarship Council provides each scholarship recipient with a stipend for living costs (including medical insurance), one international round trip economy class airfare between China and the UK, and reimbursement for one-off visa application fees. The program requires applicants to first secure a PhD offer from Brunel University and then apply to CSC for the scholarship funding component.
