About This Opportunity

The Building and Construction Foundation Scholarship provides financial assistance for students passionate about a career in the building and construction industry. The scholarship was established by Master Builders Victoria (MBV) in 2010 through an independent registered charity that aims to unlock financial barriers to education within the building and construction industry. The Foundation supports individuals seeking to enter the industry and those aspiring to further their careers by developing their technical, business and leadership skills. The scholarship is designed to help students from diverse backgrounds and circumstances who face barriers to study and career progression. The scholarship particularly encourages applications from under-represented groups including women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and newly arrived immigrants and refugees. It provides $5,000 for one year to students enrolled in construction management, project management, or building and construction diploma programs at RMIT University.
