About This Opportunity
The Building Brighter Futures Fund (BBFF) aims to support the most disadvantaged young people furthest from the labour market by providing opportunities to gain the skills and confidence to succeed through education, training and employment, throughout Scotland. The BBFF is funded by Hub Community Foundation (HCF) and managed by Inspiring Scotland. The current phase of the Building Brighter Futures Fund runs from June 2022 until 2026 and supports 8 charities. The first phase ran from July 2018 to June 2022 and invested £1.3 million into 10 charities supporting young people, aged 12 to 21, into employment, education or training. In the first six months of the current phase, 469 young people were supported across 5 regional hubs in Scotland.
