Buranga Centre Study on Country Scholarship

The Buranga Centre Study on Country Scholarship assists Indigenous students to study from rural or remote locations. These scholarships are for Indigenous undergraduate students enrolled in a Commonwealth-supported program at UniSC and are available subject to funding from the federal government. The scholarship enables access to higher education while in regional and remote locations, and assists Indigenous students to meet the costs of living while studying. Recipients receive $5,000 over two study periods ($2,500 per study period), with payments made as a lump sum approximately 3 weeks after the Census Date.
