About this opportunity

The Business School Indigenous Postgraduate Coursework Master's Scholarship is offered by The University of Queensland to encourage and support Indigenous domestic postgraduate coursework students of the Business School by making a contribution towards living costs. This scholarship is specifically designed for Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students who are enrolled or intend to enrol in a postgraduate coursework program in the Business School. The scholarship provides a one-off payment of $5,000 payable towards living costs. Applicants must be domestic students who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, be accepted as such by their community, and must not hold another scholarship that the Head of School considers to be similar. Selection is based on evidence of academic merit, paid and/or volunteer work experience, community involvement, and personal statement responses. Applicants must submit a video personal statement addressing their motivations, career aspirations, and how they have contributed to their community.
