Bylivstilskudd

Bylivstilskudd is a grant program offered by Oslo Municipality to create more life and activity in urban spaces and promote open and safe meeting places. The grant supports small and large projects and activities that utilize the city's streets, squares, markets, or road areas. Applications can be submitted for activities taking place in 2026, with a rolling deadline, though it is recommended to apply at least 8 weeks before the event. The grant aims to ensure diversity and inclusion perspectives in allocations, including distribution across different actors, target groups, scope, and content. Projects must take place outdoors, be inclusive and open to all, and generally cannot charge entrance fees.
