Cambridge Equine Hospital Scholarship

Cambridge Equine Hospital is offering funding for a veterinary science student to experience a full equine practice through two weeks' practical work experience in the summer between fourth and fifth year. The scholarship is designed for fourth-year students enrolled in the Bachelor of Veterinary Science who have an interest in the equine industry. Recipients will have the opportunity to experience all aspects of equine practice at Cambridge Equine Hospital, one of the largest equine practices in New Zealand with eleven veterinarians dedicated to equine work. The scholarship provides $3,000 in funding and includes a work placement opportunity at the hospital, which is situated in the heart of the Waikato region and has been servicing clients in the Cambridge area for over 30 years.
