Carbon Reduction Scholarship

The Carbon Reduction Scholarship is offered by the University of Manchester to support students enrolling in the MA Education for a Sustainable Environment by distance learning. This scholarship provides a 10% reduction in tuition fees to help make this environmental sustainability-focused master's programme more accessible. The scholarship is designed for both home and overseas students who hold an offer for the distance learning format of the programme. With 30 awards available, the scholarship aims to build a diverse cohort of students committed to environmental education and sustainability. Selection is based on academic merit and the candidate's potential to contribute to and enrich all aspects of the master's programme, including enhancing the diverse academic and cultural profile of the cohort. This is not a need-based scholarship, and successful candidates are automatically considered once they apply and register as distance learning students.
