About This Opportunity
The Cardiovascular Science MSc Bursary provides financial support for students joining the MSc in Cardiovascular Science at UCL. Three bursaries of £4,000 each are available for students beginning their studies in September 2026. The bursaries are awarded based on academic merit and are available to both UK and overseas students enrolled on a full-time, part-time, or modular/flexible basis. The program includes a special Home Widening Participation bursary component that supports students who may face additional barriers to postgraduate study. Eligible students include those who are first in their family to attend university, from ethnic minority backgrounds, from low-income households, currently or previously in local authority care, young carers, living in areas with low progression to higher education, participants in university-led outreach programs, or mature students meeting these criteria. The bursary value of £4,000 is applied toward tuition fees and is awarded upon successful enrollment. Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic progress and inform the Programme Director of any other funding received. The selection is made by a programme selection panel based on the information provided in the bursary application form.
