About this opportunity
The Carlyle Greenwell Postgraduate Scholarship is a postgraduate research scholarship supporting Master's by Research or PhD students undertaking research in the field of Anthropology at the University of Sydney. The scholarship is funded by The Carlyle Greenwell Research Fund, bequeathed by Carlyle Greenwell for students in Anthropology for student research, field work and original literary work. For full-time students, the scholarship provides a stipend of $45,000 per annum and covers tuition fees for international students. The award is tenable for up to 1.75 years for Master's recipients or up to 3.5 years for PhD recipients, with no extensions possible. Selection is based on academic merit, research proposal, and previous research experience.
