Carmen Scott-Fry Scholarship

The Carmen Scott-Fry Scholarship is offered by the Petaluma Educational Foundation to support students attending Petaluma High School (PHS) who plan to pursue a four-year college education. This scholarship recognizes academic achievement and is designed to help students transition from high school to higher education. The award provides $568.75 to qualifying students who demonstrate strong academic performance with a minimum 3.5 GPA and have concrete plans to attend a four-year college or university.
