About this opportunity
The Carol Hutchison Lepley Memorial Fund was established by the family, friends, and colleagues of Carol Hutchison Lepley, who was killed in an automobile accident in 1989 at the age of 28. In tribute to her memory and ideals, this scholarship assists female graduates of Bellevue Senior High School in pursuit of a business career to attend college and to grow strong, personally and professionally.
The scholarship is designed to support outstanding young women who demonstrate academic excellence by ranking in the top ten percent or within the first 20 in their graduating class. Primary consideration is given to female graduates whose career preference is business, though candidates must also demonstrate leadership ability. Recipients must attend or plan to attend an educational institution in the United States.
The minimum award amount is $500. Applicants should contact the Counselor's Office at Bellevue High School for the current year's deadline and application procedures. This scholarship represents a meaningful legacy honoring Carol Hutchison Lepley's commitment to education and professional development.
