Caroline Laundon Memorial Scholarship

The Caroline Laundon Memorial Scholarship honors Dr. Caroline Laundon, who was a mother of three sons who attended East Chapel Hill High School and a frequent guest lecturer in biology classes where she shared her love of genetics. She was an avid supporter of ECHHS athletics including baseball, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, and cross country teams. This memorial scholarship provides financial support to graduating East Chapel Hill High School athletes as they pursue higher education at their chosen university. The scholarship is administered by East Chapel Hill High School and is made possible through the Caroline Laundon Memorial Fund at Triangle Community Foundation. This is a non-renewable scholarship that can be used towards any need listed under the school's total cost of attendance.
