About this opportunity
The Cashion Legal Access to Justice Scholarship is a $2,500 annual award offered to students enrolled at Canadian universities who have demonstrated a meaningful commitment to expanding access to justice in their communities. The scholarship supports the next generation of changemakers who work to make the justice system fairer and more inclusive. Whether through volunteer work with marginalized populations, advocacy for legal reform, public legal education initiatives, or innovation that reduces systemic barriers, applicants should show a passion for justice accessibility. Applications are welcomed from students in all fields of study, with particular interest in law, social justice, public policy, and Indigenous studies. The scholarship is awarded based on demonstrated commitment to access to justice, leadership and initiative, a personal essay, and academic potential.
