Catherine A. Alu Memorial Scholarship

The Catherine A. Alu Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior from Dunmore High School who demonstrates exceptional qualities across multiple areas. This scholarship recognizes students who have shown strong academic achievement throughout their high school career, as well as good citizenship and service to others within their school and community. The award also honors students who have exhibited leadership qualities and have been actively involved in music training or activities. This memorial scholarship is managed by the Scranton Area Community Foundation and aims to support deserving students as they transition to higher education.
