Cecil L. Smith Scholarship Fund

The Cecil L. Smith Scholarship Fund provides a one-year scholarship of up to $5,000 to a graduate of Greenwood High School in Arkansas pursuing a college degree, community college degree or trade school certification. Scholarship monies may be used for tuition, fees and books and will be paid directly to the awardee's school. Ideal candidates are those who demonstrate average achievement, hard work, self-sufficiency, and financial need. Selection criteria include scholastic achievement, school and community participation, demonstrated leadership potential and financial need. Preference is given to students attending public schools and universities.
