Cellnex Digital Inclusion Fund (£5,000)

The Cellnex Digital Inclusion Fund supports community projects tackling digital exclusion across Greater Manchester. The Fund focuses on three main themes that align with the Greater Manchester Digital Inclusion Strategy: empowering communities and places, increasing confidence, skills and motivation, and affordability, accessibility and connectivity. The fund aims to encourage and support grassroots community organisations - small, community-based and locally controlled groups that manage themselves. Local groups can apply for funding to promote digital inclusion in ways they know work best in their communities, including sessions to develop digital skills, digital-based training for young people, improving online access for jobseekers, providing refurbished computers, facilitating access to technology to tackle social isolation, and creating online support services for the community.
