About this opportunity

The Cembrowski Parmar Indigenous Award in Science is awarded to students who are First Nation, Inuit, or MΓ©tis people of Canada in accordance with the Constitution Act, 1982, Part 2, Section 35(2) with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in any year of an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Science. The award is provided by annual funds from George Cembrowski and Rajesh Parmar. Selection is based on academic standing and indicated financial need, supporting Indigenous students pursuing science education at the University of Alberta.
