About This Opportunity
Established in 2014, with funds from the Centennial Emergency Training Endowment (part of Lakeland College's Centennial Campaign), the Centennial Emergency Training Achievement Award is available to students enrolled full-time in the Emergency Services Technology (EST) and Firefighter Training programs. Six awards will be given to EST students and one award will be available to a student in each firefighter training program offering annually. Selection is based on displayed academic achievement, commitment to chosen profession, demonstrated character and leadership skills, and willingness to assist and be supportive of fellow students, contributing to the success of all class members.
