About this opportunity
The Centre for Chinese Studies Language Scholarship is awarded to a student enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at Concordia University of Edmonton. The recipient must be registered full-time (minimum 60% of a full course load), present a minimum term GPA of 2.7, and be registered in a Chinese language course at Concordia. At the end of winter semester, the award will be given to the student with the highest grade in a completed Chinese language course (e.g. CHIN 101 or CHIN 102). In the event of a tie, preference will be given to the student with the highest cumulative average. This scholarship encourages students to pursue Chinese language studies and recognizes academic excellence in Chinese language courses. A student may only be selected once for this award, making it a one-time recognition opportunity for outstanding achievement in Chinese language learning.
