This award is presented to a student with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in any year of an undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta who has graduated from the USchool program. Selection is based on demonstrated leadership and/or extra-curricular involvement. The award is funded through endowed funds by various donors in honour of Chancellor Emerita Linda Hughes and her contribution to making U School a reality.
