About this opportunity
The Chancellor's Fellowships were established in 2023 through the generosity of donors in the Chancellor's Community to recognize two talented graduate students and allow them to pursue their educational goals with reduced financial strain. The fellowships are awarded to entering graduate students at the University of Regina who demonstrate exceptional academic excellence, research potential, and personal characteristics including leadership and community involvement. Recipients must be accepted as PhD Thesis Students or Master's Thesis Students with a minimum incoming average of 85%. The fellowship provides $25,000 over the course of one year, paid in 26 bi-weekly payments. Recipients are required to participate in Chancellor Fellowship programming, recruitment initiatives, and agree to be featured in University promotional campaigns. The fellowships are available for both domestic and international students on a valid student permit.
