Chantelle Lindsay Legacy Fund

Established in 2021 to honour the legacy of a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, the Chantelle Lindsay Legacy Fund provides educational scholarships for students living with cystic fibrosis in Nova Scotia. The fund carries on Chantelle's commitment to active living by supporting education and participation in sports and activities for young people with CF. Chantelle was a beautiful, happy, and carefree young woman who enjoyed many sports including hockey, lacrosse, and soccer. The fund supports young Nova Scotians with cystic fibrosis to advance their education, keep their lungs healthy, and get involved in active living opportunities. Candidates are adjudicated on the basis of financial need and the extent to which they embody Chantelle's courageous and determined spirit. Typically there will be at least one scholarship awarded annually, though the frequency may vary based on income levels and Foundation resources.
