Charles and Bonnie Ulmer Leadership Scholarship

The Charles and Bonnie Ulmer Leadership Scholarship is made available to an incoming freshman who demonstrates leadership qualities. This scholarship supports students entering North Dakota State University who have shown exceptional leadership abilities during their high school years. The award provides financial assistance to help offset the costs of higher education for students who have demonstrated commitment to leadership in their communities, schools, or other organizations.
