About this opportunity

The Charles Blackall Journalists' Scholarship is designed to support journalism students who are experiencing financial hardship, specifically to assist with accommodation expenses. The scholarship provides financial assistance to help alleviate the burden of accommodation costs during the course of study. Eligible students must be enrolled full-time in either the Graduate Diploma in Journalism or the Bachelor of Communication (Journalism) program, and must have at least six months of full-time study remaining. Recipients must be the author of at least one published and paid piece of journalistic work, demonstrating their commitment to and engagement with the profession.
