Charles E. Herman Scholarship Endowment

The Charles E. Herman Scholarship Endowment is available to junior or senior students at North Dakota State University who demonstrate a sincere interest in a career in transportation. Applicants must submit a short essay describing how they will use the transportation skills and knowledge gained at NDSU to improve transportation in North Dakota and across the country. The scholarship is administered through the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute and provides preference to underrepresented groups as defined by the University. This opportunity supports students pursuing transportation-related careers with a focus on improving transportation infrastructure and systems at both state and national levels.
