Charlotte Carter Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Charlotte Carter Memorial Scholarship Fund is available annually to Canadian Indigenous students in their second year and above in nursing at an accredited college or university in Ontario. The scholarship provides $3,000 to support Indigenous nursing students pursuing their education. Recipients are encouraged to make every effort to obtain accreditation as a Registered Nurse in Ontario within a reasonable time following graduation and to practice nursing in an Indigenous community. This scholarship honors the memory of Charlotte Carter and supports the development of Indigenous healthcare professionals who will serve Indigenous communities.
