Chelan County Fire District #1 Volunteer Association Scholarship

The Chelan County Fire District #1 Volunteer Association Scholarship was established in 1993 through fundraising activities by volunteers who desired to provide scholarships in perpetuity for members or relatives of members of the Association. Each year, the committee seeks to award students who demonstrate scholastic or technical ability. The scholarship is available to members, retired members, or their spouses, children, or grandchildren who are enrolled in any post-secondary training program at an accredited institution. Recipients may reapply for renewal in subsequent years but must compete with new applicants each time.
