Cheryl Hanson Memorial Scholarship

Established in 2023 by Jim Elliott, in memory of his wife, the Cheryl Hanson Memorial Scholarship is available to students enrolled full-time in the 2nd or subsequent year of an Agricultural Sciences program at Lakeland College's Vermilion campus. The scholarship recognizes academic excellence and involvement in livestock research, with preference given to students involved in nutritional research. Recipients must be Canadian citizens. This memorial scholarship honors the legacy of Cheryl Hanson while supporting the next generation of agricultural scientists.
