Chevening Scholarships

Funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and partner organisations, Chevening provides fully funded scholarships for postgraduate study. The awards are typically for a one-year master's degree. Students will live and study in the UK for a year, during which time they will develop professionally and academically, grow their network, experience UK culture, and build lasting positive relationships. As well as the standard scholarships, there is also a Chevening-Southampton scholarship which is open to master's students from any eligible country who choose the University of Southampton as their first choice institution. The scholarship is designed for individuals with ambition, leadership qualities, and a strong academic background, leaving recipients free to focus on achieving their academic goals and enjoying the experience of a lifetime.
