About This Opportunity

Chick-fil-A has established a scholarship program to assist students who plan to continue their education in college, vocational, or graduate school programs. The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation's largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. If selected as a Chick-fil-A Community Scholar, students will be granted up to a $25,000 award with up to thirteen awards granted annually. Recipients also have the opportunity to participate in a one-year leadership development program facilitated by Chick-fil-A, Inc., which includes mentoring and professional development opportunities. Applicants must be 18 years of age by July 15, 2026, currently reside in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada, and be a current high school senior, college undergraduate, or graduate student planning to enroll in full-time study for the 2026-2027 academic year. Candidates must be involved in community service, extracurricular activities, and/or leadership roles in the twelve months prior to the application deadline and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Selection criteria include academics, activities, awards, honors, community service/volunteering, online recommendations, and financial need.

Review process

Scholarship America will select up to 50 finalists and a selection committee will select the final recipients. Selection based on academics, activities, awards, honors, community service, online recommendation, and financial need.
