Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures™ Scholarships

The Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures™ scholarship program offers college scholarships to Chick-fil-A restaurant Team Members across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Since 1973, the program has donated more than $215 million to award more than 122,000 Team Member scholarships to help them pursue higher education and achieve their remarkable future. The program originated in the early 1950s when S. Truett Cathy and his team collected donations in an empty mayo jar for Team Member Eddie White's college fund at the Dwarf Grill in Hapeville, Georgia. Every year, scholarships of $1,000, $2,500, and $25,000 are awarded to Team Members who work at franchised, company-owned, and/or affiliated restaurants. The scholarships can be used at any accredited college, university, or technical/vocational school and are available for both full-time and part-time students. All scholarship funds are paid in advance. Additionally, through a partnership with Scholarship America, restaurant Team Members and sometimes their family members have access to tuition discounts and grants at more than 100 colleges and universities.
