Choral Scholarship

The Choral Scholarship is awarded to students who participate in the Greenville University Choir. The GU Choir has a long history of choral excellence under the direction of Dr. Don Frazure. The choir performs literature that develops the voice, challenges the mind, and moves the soul. Students receiving this scholarship must participate for credit in choir during both the fall and spring semesters. The scholarship provides financial assistance ranging from $500 to $2,000 to support choir students. The GU choir takes mini-tours and has traveled to multiple countries, most recently to England and Ireland, providing enriching performance and cultural experiences for participating students.
