Chris Diamond, Chris Gallant, and Alex Godfrey Panthers Soccer Legacy Awards

The Chris Diamond, Chris Gallant, and Alex Godfrey Panthers Soccer Legacy Awards is an annual award granted to a full-time student who has or intends to participate in the Men's varsity soccer program at the University of Prince Edward Island. The award recognizes students who display academic achievement, a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a passion for the game of soccer. First preference is given to students who attended Charlottetown Rural High School for their secondary education, with second preference to students who attended a Prince Edward Island high school. The award was established by three proud UPEI alumni and former teammates on UPEI's varsity soccer team in the 1990s: Chris Diamond (BSc '97), Chris Gallant (BBA '97), and Alex Godfrey (BSc '96). This scholarship is awarded in the fall semester based on recommendations from the Athletics department.
