About this opportunity
A limited number of awards, valued up to $500 each, will be provided annually to graduate students registered full-time in the School of Pharmacy at the University of Waterloo. This travel award supports graduate students who are presenting their own research at academic conferences, including oral presentations, poster presentations, or papers that directly benefit their research and academic studies. The fund was made possible by a donation from David Edwards in memory of Christine Edwards. Applications are accepted throughout the year on a rolling basis, and students are encouraged to apply as soon as they receive notification that they are accepted to present their research. The student's supervisor is expected to provide partial funding, with this award complementing other sources of conference support.
