About this opportunity
The Christopher Bayduza Memorial Award is awarded to students with satisfactory academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA) entering the third or fourth year of the BSc. in Agriculture (Animal Science or Range and Pasture Management major) or the BSc. in Environmental and Conservation Sciences (Conservation Biology or Wildlife and Rangeland Resources Management major). This endowed scholarship was established by family and friends of Christopher Bayduza (BSc ENCS 1995) to celebrate Christopher's love of life, learning, and the outdoors. Christopher was a member of the University of Alberta Range Management Team (1993-1995) and an active member of the University of Alberta Agriculture Club (1991-1995). Preference will be given to students who are members of the Range Management Team and who participate actively in planning or volunteering for extracurricular activities, particularly Agriculture Club activities, and/or have demonstrated environmental stewardship.
