City of Regina Henry Baker Scholarships

The Henry Baker Scholarship Program supports the aim of the City's economic development strategy to foster the potential of Regina's growing Aboriginal community. The program reflects the City of Regina's commitment to employment equity and recognizes the important role that the University of Regina, First Nations University of Canada, and Saskatchewan Polytechnic play in the community. The scholarship is intended to support graduate students whose thesis or graduate studies relates to a community issue. Two awards of $2,000 each are available annually to full-time master's or doctoral students at the University of Regina with strong academic standing and demonstrated community involvement.
