Clara Luper Scholarship

The Clara Luper Scholarship is a generous scholarship that includes membership in the prestigious President's Leadership Class, which is comprised of distinguished scholars joined together to participate in a unique academic and co-curricular living/learning experience. This is an annual award for four academic years / eight consecutive semesters (not to exceed 128 undergraduate credit hours). After all federal and state grants have been applied, the Clara Luper Scholarship covers the remaining tuition up to the block pricing structure of 12-16 credit hours, university-designated standard rooms, and Meal Plan C or Meal Plan L. In order to continue to receive the scholarship each year, scholars must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) and fully participate in the program. Preference is given to Oklahoma students, and applicants must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA.
