Clare Galambos-Winter Scholarships in Violin Performance (School Leavers)

The Clare Galambos-Winter Scholarships were established to support students in the New Zealand School of Music who demonstrate exceptional talent in violin performance. The purpose of these scholarships is to foster the performance careers of exceptionally talented musicians who have demonstrated a strong and clear commitment to a career in violin (or cello) performance. They are available at Honours or undergraduate level, with this particular scholarship being for school leavers enrolling in their first year of an undergraduate degree. Recipients must write a letter of thanks to the donor and are expected to demonstrate engagement and contribute to the community and environment of the New Zealand School of Music through participation in ensembles, presentations, or performances at NZSM or university events.
