Class of 1985 Study Abroad Scholarship

The Class of 1985 Study Abroad Scholarship is offered by Westfield State University to support first-generation college students pursuing study abroad experiences. This scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate students who maintain at least a 2.8 grade point average and are enrolled in either a semester-long or short-term study abroad program. Applicants must be first-generation college students at the sophomore, junior, or senior level. The scholarship aims to increase access to international educational opportunities for students who may face additional barriers to studying abroad. Recipients are selected based on their academic performance and their personal experience and perspective as first-generation students.
