Clutha Veterinary Association Travel Grant

The Clutha Veterinary Association Travel Grant supports third, fourth, or fifth year Bachelor of Veterinary Science students interested in seeing practice with the Clutha Vet Association. The grant provides funding for students to spend two weeks seeing practice in Balclutha or Milton, either as a two-week block or two separate weeks. This opportunity is designed for vet students interested in working in rural large or mixed animal practice, particularly in the South Island of New Zealand. The grant aims to provide practical experience and help students with financial needs pursue their interests in rural veterinary practice. Recipients are selected based on academic achievement, financial need, and future career intentions in rural veterinary practice.
