Co-investment in Startups with Venture Capital Organizations and Angel Investors

This program creates a registry of Venture Capital Organizations and Angel Investors who can submit proposals for co-investment in startups in prioritized areas including Advanced digital technologies, Green Technologies, and Biotechnology. The program operates under an open window modality subject to fund availability. Early-stage startups with innovative products or services and scalable business models are eligible for co-investment. They must demonstrate high growth potential, have a highly qualified team, technical validation, a minimum viable product or functional prototype, and demonstrable traction. For biotech startups, validations must be performed at least at the proof-of-concept level. To apply, startups must complete an application form demonstrating an investment commitment from a registered private investor who has completed due diligence. The program aims to support technology-based and scientific-technological startups through matched funding with qualified private investors.
